Management of accesses, presence, parking and restaurants at the OPEN SPORTS CLUB building

BACKGROUND

Open Sports Club is the sports club where Acadèmia Sánchez-Casal, specialising in training tennis players to professional level, carries out its work.
There was a need to implement a management system for accesses, presence, car parking and restaurants. The objective ICNITA set itself was to group all the functionalities that OPEN SPORTS CLUB required into a unique solution (using the student, employee or teaching staff card as the sole identification format).

SOLUTION

The solution implemented by ICNITA is based on a unique identification system through proximity cards or bracelets (RFID), such that within the system itself the following processes can be managed:

Interior and exterior door accesses (residential building, bungalow, gymnasium, etc.)
Access barriers to the car park
Access shifts to the precinct swimming pool
Presence and work-time management
Utilisation of the restaurant service
Utilisation of the precinct communication terminals
